What are online card and bank payments?
Online payments are additional payment options that you can choose to offer your customers on email invoices – the invoice can be paid by credit card or bank transfer directly from the email. Based on our research we have found that invoices are usually paid within 60 days, however by accepting online payments you can get paid 3x faster.
These services are pay-per-use:
- Card payments: 1,9% + €0,25 per invoice (European cards)
- Bank payments: €0,99 (+VAT) per invoice

How can I pay?
You can subscribe to a Premium plan using Credit or Debit card, or SEPA direct debit (Eurozone only).
Do premium plans include a free trial period?
All our monthly-paid Premium plans start with a 14-day free trial. This means you don’t have to pay anything for the first 14 days, so in the event that you decide to cancel your subscription, you won’t be charged a thing! Note: you can only use this free trial once and only on plans which are paid monthly.
Can I use Zervant for free?
With Zervant you can create 5 invoices and unlimited estimates, send them to your customers and track your invoice statuses for free. You can also follow your income with different financial reports which you can export to your accountant.
Is your customer support free?
Customer support is always free and available in English, French, German, Finnish and Swedish.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel you subscription at any time! Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing period and from then, your account will be limited to the the free account features. Your free account will still store any information you entered whilst on a premium subscription.
All our plans are recurring: whether subscribed on a monthly or yearly basis, your payment method will be charged automatically.
